In my household, I have a sim who goes to work and two who go to school before the detective career starts. Since the latest update whenever I click “join” to go to work with my detective sim to play the career, it brings everyone who went to work/school home for the day (at 9am sims time). It’s just slightly frustrating as my sims are going down in performance at their jobs/school as a result. I’m just not sure if there’s a way to fix this or if I will have to wait for the next update.

I had my sim working out at the gym and the when it came time for my sim to go to work, the sim would, but it would send me back to the house and the sim was suddenly back from work. Because of that she only earned 3 Simoleans. This also happened the last time the sim had to go to work, though she got 6 Simoleans instead.
Before this started happening, when the sim was working out and then left to go to work, I would be sent to the house and she would continue working, but this hasn't be the case recently. How do I stop this?
Some information: I only have the base game and I started playing last week and I did update my game recently. Also I'm not sure what tags to use and I might post this on reddit too if this keeps happening so more people will see it
