Sims leave job/school after another sim travels

I also started having this issue after the Nature's Calling event began. I play on PS5 so it has nothing to do with mods or CC, since I can't use those.

I'm an Xbox user and I've been experiencing this bug since today (July 1st). My sim is an interior designer, and when he goes to work, his kids automatically come home from school. This is already worrying me.

I'm having the same problem. 

I think this was the case for me too. It first happened when I did the first task of the event.

I'm not sure if I'm following etiquette correctly here, I have the same issue and hoping I can help by providing info or more by answering the questions!

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do
  I don't play with mods, I have tried repairing the game though! Didn't work. It affects all save files.
• At which point does your game crash to the desktop ?
  Mine doesn't crash, thankfully.
• Are you playing any active work days/high school ?
  No. I do not own HSY, I do have GTW but my current households are in rabbit hole careers. All come back from work as soon as a household member travels. The only way to negate leaving work early is staying at the lot from where the Sim went to work from, until they're done with their job. Weirdly enough, they sometimes spawn at home while they left from a venue, while the other household members are still at said venue. Other times they spawn at the venue the household is at. 
• Does it affect all age groups ?
  Not sure, I play with YA currently, put pets are not affected!
• Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
  Yes, a couple! 5 of those and 5 LastUIExceptions and 5 lastCrash files

Issues after resent update. I current'y don't have mods in. When I have my sim go to her store (get to work) I don't have business and hobbies. The other sims gets kicked out of work and the children are kicked out of highschool and are home. 

When my sims go to work/school and one of my sims that doesn't work/go to school travels, the sims that were at work/school come home early. I play on PS5 and this has been happening every time! The sim that was at work also loses out on that days pay and only gets paid a very small amount. 

I recently aged up my child to a teen and bought Sims 4 HSY. That same day, my parents couldn't stay at work. Whenever he goes to school, it's fine, but when he comes home from school, his parents come home with him and get docked pay.  For instance, he leaves school at 3:00, returns to his home, and his mother is there even though she isn't supposed to return until 7:00. There is no option for her to return to work.  He also couldn't go to his football practice, he just left school and returned home. I was hoping this would be fixed after the update yesterday, but it seems the same.

Yes, whenever my sims, who are not at work, travel, the sims who were at work return home and their performance dropped. This has begun since the July update. I am on a Mac. It happens every time. No CC, no mods. 

This started happening to me too since the update.
