Sims leave job/school after another sim travels

Oh maybe it's the event then, that's around when I noticed it too. Mine doesn't even ask me, it just sends them home. So annoying though cause my interior decorator is the money maker, now I can only do them during the weekend so it doesn't disrupt the other two :,)

Forgot to mention that this happens regardless of whether or not there is a holiday occurring.  I read that this has been a known bug years ago but was supposed to be fixed with a patch.

I have 2 sims in a household, 1 with a rabbithole career and one with an active one. The rabbithole sim leaves at 8 then when the sim with the active career goes to work at 9 it forces the rabbithole sim home for the day. This is causing the rabbithole Sim's career to tank out. Just started when the Nature Calling Quest started. Not sure how to fix. 

I do have Mods/CC that are all up to date but I have replicated the issue w/o having any mods or cc installed. Something seems to have broken with the event launch.

Edit: For anyone looking for a work around, I have been making my rabbithole Sim wait to go to work till after the active career changes to the work lot. This drops his work progress some but at least doesn't completely ruin it.

When some of my sims leave for school or work and then I go to travel with one of the remaining sims that's not at work, the other sims AT WORK/SCHOOL will return back to the house. It's causing them to get bad grades/poor work performance. I'm not sure what to do--I don't have any mods installed. I've restarted the sims game, my computer, install and reinstall and it still is happening. 

Hi I justwanted to say that this  has also been raised as a  bug report - as this has started occuring for other players and myself since the Nature Event started.  And it is Adults leaving work early and children leaving school early - as soon as a family member leaves the home lot.

Please paste the link below into google - and you will see this.   It was not raised by me - even though I too have the problem.  I just added onto the other bug reportees.  (Apologies if you are aware of this already).

My game recently updated (June update) and now I am having quite an annoying issue.

I have a household of four sims (two dads, one child and one toddler). Both the dads work and the child goes to school.

The one dad has an active career and every time I now join him it instantly sends home the child from school and the other dad from work. Even if they have been there for a couple in game minutes. It effects the performance and get basically no money from it too. 

I have now tested that any time there is a loading screen and a sim is at school or work, their day will end short and they are back home.

It is so annoying and my child and dad sim are suffering and I have zero idea what to do. I thought maybe it was because their was a toddler? Nope. Tried another household to see if it was maybe my own household? Nope. A different save? Also nope. It is very frustrating and I have no idea what to do :(

EXPANSION: All except Business and Hobbies, Lovestruck, Snowy escape and Horse Ranch

GAME PACKS: All except Jungle, MWS, Batuu, strangerville 

STUFF PACKS: All except fitness, tiny home, moschino, bowling and vintage glamour 

THIS IS HAPPENING TO ME!! I have no idea what to do it is effecting my gameplay and ruining my sims career performance :(

Whenever my sim goes to work, I travel with my other sim and when I travel back home, my sim that was at work always comes home early resulting in less pay. It also doesn’t give me the option to send him back to work, it just makes it seem like he doesn’t work until the next work day. I have no broken mods and I’ve read from people who disabled mods that they are having the same problem.
