I don't know if it is actually called a bug or a glitch but whenever my sim goes to work from a location that isn't the home lot, when it makes me go back to the home lot to wait for them to finish work, it instantly stops them from being at work and sends them home too. Yesterday when playing, my sim literally returned home with the game saying she had done lots of hard work yet she had only made 1 single simoleon. I reloaded the game and it still keeps happening. I even full on reinstalled the game which also didn't fix anything. Does anyone know anything that could fix it?

This was fixed with today’s patch. Updating your game to the latest patch version should help.

I can't stay on my home lot all day every day just because some Sims are at work/school. It kills their work performance when they leave early.
I have been having the same issue as well, but I honestly cannot pinpoint if it started at the same time of the ‘nature event’ or not. The only way I have figured out how to combat this is if you have a Sim, leave the house before everyone goes to school or work. So for instance, one of my households is a small business household. So, I have the Mom go to the small business and open it before the kids go to school. I don’t play the active careers a lot so it’s not too much of an issue for me however, it can be frustrating if I forget and then of course if my SIM goes to her small business after the kids go to school, it messes it up.
Another post said to try completing the nature challenge (going to try this myself soon). I've also been seeing people talking about having/not having the entrepreneurial trait. All we can do is try! 😅

hi i am now having this issue any fixes?
My sim whenever they go to work from a location thats not home its glitches and loads me back to my lot, sends my sim home and doesnt let me send them back to work...
this happens if 1 sim is at work and another sim travels it sends all sims that are working home... i started a new legacy file as it was destroying my old one and then its started to happen on this new one as well...
please help me fix this so i can start my forever save
