I was working on a safe file, I made a housold of 4 sims, I then divided it into two separate households, and when I was setting something up with one of the households, one of the sims in the other household passed by, in a totally random outfit, I figured it could be a work outfit, so i checked but it wasnt the case, with mccc i changed her into her everyday outfit, i reloaded my game just in case, but then she had ANOTHER completely random outfit, nothing like the randomized outfit she had before, so my problem would be that: Sims made by me put on random outfits when they're around town. I have the default mccc settings, and I have unabled it and checked but it keeps happening, please look into it, thank you!

Sims wear situational outfits but they should switch out of them when you change to them (there's an old bug with that part but I don't know if it ever got fixed).
Do they actually have the random outfit as option in their outfits ? If not, then it's just the situational outfit and not a bug.

There are multiple issues going on and this is likely either a duplicate or by design.

- If your NPC is wearing an outfit they don't have, it's a situational outfit and it's by design. There used to be a bug where they don't change out of them but I don't know if that was ever fixed or not. You can spot those by checking the Sim. If they don't have the outfit they are wearing, it's a situational one.
