Sims neck set to wide even after you edit them, repeatedly

I’m not sure if anyone else is experiencing this. But I have a PC, I use the EA app. And for one of my Sims, her neck randomly got wide, so I went to change it. And every time I go into CAS to edit it back to how it was, it resets it back to being wide. I’ve tried it by using a mirror, using the “modify in CAS” cheat, and going to manage worlds to edit it. It’ll look like how I set it in manage worlds, but changes back the second I play the household. The second I confirm, and the game loads, it just reverts back to being wide. It sounds really minor, but it’s really annoying because it just doesn’t fit her body, and makes her have no jawline.

So far yes, she’s the only one experiencing it, but she’s also the only adult sim in that household. And she is a second generation sim, so she was spawned, not necessarily made directly in CAS

  • I also repaired my game, to see if it would help, but it didn’t fix it

Could you add a pic ?

There's currently issue with Cupid Corner's Sim so wanted to make sure that's not the issue :D

I assume it doesn't matter what she wears ?

  • Yeah, for sure, I’ll send a picture :) sorry for the not great quality. The first picture is what I set it to, which is the smallest size for necks. The second picture is when it’s set to wide automatically.
I also just noticed that I’m not able to edit their necks at all, like when you click on their neck the category with the variety of options doesn’t pop up like it would with the jaw or eyes while using cheats, or when you first create a sim. It’s also like that with my new male sim, and npcs as well. It just zooms out when you try. I think I noticed it after I used the new items in base game that came out with the Sim’s birthday, so after that update. It could be a piece of clothing causing this, but she has quite a few outfits, and I’m not totally sure which one would be causing it. And other Sims that aren’t wearing the new base game clothes are experiencing that issue as well, of not being able to edit their necks. But she does use Cupid’s Corner too.
