PC vanilla save, all packs EXCEPT AA and a few kits, updated as of 2025.11.04, DX11
Sims are not changing out of PJs to go outside, but the worst case was during a winter wedding, where two NPC children died from freezing to death (they weren't guests, they were just on the lot and I didn't know they were there until Grim showed up).
I'm not sure when it started happening, but I think it might have been after the latest update.
I looked but did not see this reported anywhere else. Thank you!
I mean, at least the nightgown is modest? lol. Still not appropriate, though.
These sims (above) are completely off the lot and Shawn (left) is still in his PJs while talking to his neighbor.
