Since the May patch update, my Sims are not functioning properly when they are engaged in certain careers, such as the Green Engineer or Mechanical Engineer professions. Although they are able to complete the pre-work assignments, they do not proceed to actually go to work. I have tried it with and without mods. Currently my mods are back on.

I highly suspect that it is an issue with being able to accompany sims to work/school .
With the last update, my sims will not go to work/school unless I am already at my sim's home before the sim starts going to their job/school. If I am on any other lot (park, lounge, gym, doesn't matter) and the game requires a reload back to the home lot, my sim will start going to work but after the screen loads to the home lot, my sim stays home not going to work, causing their work performance to decrease. No mods or cc, on PC.
