Sims obsessively use objects if they're placed anywhere in the home

I looked through the compiled list of bugs and didnt see this on there, so if i missed it and it's on there, oops! Anyway, I'm so tired of having to delete every single computer in the house simply because it's allll my sims want to do. It's the same issue with having a bar on the lot. I know that was "fixed" in an update a while ago at this point but it's STILL an issue for me, it never stopped being an issue. My main issue is the computers, but the bars is also still an issue, my sims make themselves alcoholics.

The modeling clay and the doll houses. omg... I never use them because that's all they do.

I have been seeing this a lot in my testing save too. Sims are now abandoning cooking to go play on the computer. They also get queued to use the computer while they are eating, but they don't follow through and keep eating.
Another one is books. A sim will grab a book from the self, open it, then put it down. A few moments late they will do it all again. It's like autonomous actions aren't followed through. They never stay at one thing very long before being distracted and moving to the next. It is especially noticeable when you are trying to get your sims to have a conversation. The queues are constantly being interrupted by autonomous interactions with objects on the lot.
Getting water, washing hands and phone use is also an issue.
Playing on PC. No mods. No CC. All packs, except some kits.

Music! I stopped adding stereos since Sims will always turn them on and then never turn them off. I won't give them any music likes since they become waaaaaay too obsessed.
