I reported this issue over on AHQ but my sims in all of my sims PC and laptop only ever wear their first choice outfit for any occasion. For example their everyday outfit they wear only the first choice. They never cycle through the other four options. The only time they will wear a different outfit is if they are going outside or for an event if an outfit option is chosen (party/restaurant). When they shower they might pick a different option but not usually.

When I first started playing my Sims would randomize everyday, sleepwear, swimwear, etc. But I noticed, and I do not know how long this has been happening, everyday wear is always the first slot (for all my Sims), and not randomizing anymore. Sleep, swim, cold, warm, etc. still seem to randomize, but not everyday.
Is this a bug from a certain pack or update, or is anyone else getting this? I tried to search to see if this is a bug but I haven't had too much luck.
This is still an ongoing issue. My sim will be in one outfit, the 4th winterwear say... and when I travel, she will be wearing the first winterwear outfit. Also her swimsuit will randomly appear on her when traveling. She is a Vet and when I changed the vet outfit to include the unlocked Lab vet coat, both her and her employee, change into random outfits that I've never planned.
