My sims seam bugged on getaways, im not using mods or anything in the game but my sim is on a getaway and they do activities then stand around and do nothing, resetting them isnt working either.

Is this for your active Sim only or NPCs too ?
Do you have this issue only on getaways (If so, please add a [AA] tag to your title).
Also what platform are you on ?

I've built a hotel, and I set an artist from already made roles to performe live, but the performer appears right in time and it takes FOREVER to her actually start performing. She talks to other Sims or dance (eventhough I set her just to sing and make music and play instruments) and when she finally starts the schedule moves forward and it's her time to leave. I don't use any mods or even a single cc and I play on pc.
