Community ManagerI cleaned up my Sims 4 folder as per instructions crinrict has published elsewhere, and the problem still persists in that game. So, somehow the problem exists in an old save, but not a new game.
It seems to be confined to Care actions, both initiated by me clicking on the care actions in the menu for the adult, or the Help actions for the toddler. Spontaneous care still occurs.. eg, if the toddler wants a bath and asks the adult for one, the conversation will happen and the toddler will be bathed. But if I click on the Care menu and select the Bath option, the action will enter the queue, get stuck at the 'Talk' stage, and then drop from the queue without the task being completed.
