Do you ave a backup from before it happened ?
Would be good to know if it happens with no mods/cc installed at the time. Removing mods/cc won't remove tattoos already added to the Sim.
Were you affected by the black Sims issue in any way ?
I had one, yes, but I checked it with nothing installed and there was no change. This happened after I installed the new pack & new patches, and I have no clue which one created this issue.
