Sims will not wash dishes (After Patch 1.63)

I'm not sure if this is a bug but ever since the latest EP, Adventures Awaits My sims will not clean up dishes or spoiled food. when I click on a plate or the fridge, they will pick up the items but place them right back down. there is a trashcan and isn't blocked or placed with bb.moveobjects. like I said in the beginning I'm not sure it's a bug but seems to me like it is because when I removed my mod folder completely from my sims folder and load back into the game the problem still happens. so that being said it isn't caused by a mod which I wish it was because at least then I could eventually fix the issue myself. I don't normally experience any glitches or bugs, so this is definitely standing out to me.

When my sim is holding dishes to wash, she keeps going down the stairs (even if there's no place to wash it downstairs) then gets reset and the dishes end on the floor

There was a similar bug a long time ago but I can't manage to find it I'm sorry. Idk if anyone else has noticed it as well ?

I have all the packs, no mod/CC and play on PC

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting. 

Ok I've done what you asked but it didn't create any new LastException

It appears there was a glass of water they were trying to fetch (to wash with the rest of the dishes). Once I got rid of it there was no problem anymore. But the bug seems to be that if they go downstairs with dishes in their hands to go get other dishes on another floor, they get reset

could be this is happening when they can't reach certain dishes. They used to just put the dishes somewhere if that was the case but maybe even that wasn't possible in your case.

Where was the glass placed ?

It was placed on toilets of the first floor. They can reach it. I'll test later if the bug happens again when placing another glass of water there, if it's useful

In a house with a Pawsome Desk, the sims leave assorted items on top it.

These include half eaten dishes.

The dirty dishes sit on top of the Pawsome Desk and are never autonomously cleaned.

The Sims do not even notice the dirty dishes and never get a moodlet for dirty dishes, even though they react to the smell of spoiled food.

I don't have any shelves on my lot and I am also having this issue.

My sims can’t wash their dishes anymore they just grab the plate and put it back on the counter this is so annoying!!!
