This is still happening to me I've had this for months and recently I noticed that sims in romantic relationships can't sleep together at all because one of them prefers sleeping on the couch than in bed with their partner. I've been creating beds for them with single beds so they seem to sleep together but they're not. It's so annoying but I believe it's something related to double beds because I had child sims sleeping in them and they also couldn't stay in bed after trying several times
