Every day, the Maid cleans the house, but they continuously clean the small kitchen appliances until the afternoon before leaving.
Note: These appliances have been fully upgraded, including self-cleaning. This happens in every save file and every household I have with a maid when they also have small kitchen appliances.

At the Landgraab's house, the maid is stuck in a loop cleaning the barbecue for hours.
This happens with grills for me mostly, and sometimes a bath tub. They will just sit there and clean it to the exclusion of all else.
Maid Sim with Neat Trait will no longer get stuck in the grill cleaning loop.
Fixed in Patch 1.119.109/2.23
