I have the same issue, infants age twice (so straight to children). I play on ps4 so no mods/cc, just packs. Been happening in every save, especially frustrating for my legacy challenge which I'm trying to do without cheats. Created an EA account just to comment here lol (I use my gfs account to play sims as she has the packs on her account) it's making the game very frustrating
