I’ve been having this issue for multiple generations of my legacy family. Infant keeps aging up and without pausing my game and resetting the sim, I had one infant keep aging until she became an elder (I didn’t want to see if she’d die so I paused and reset sim). This just happened when my sim aged up automatically, I’m not sure if it’s happened at other ages or just infant or whether it happens when using a birthday cake. I am playing with mods but based on the comments on this thread, mods don’t seem to be the cause.
