Situational and NPC outfits generating with random hats

This started to occur in my game as well - in the acting career. This pirate hat doesn't exactly fit in with the whole doctor scenario, now does it? Never had this issue before. I must say, although it's not a game breaking bug per say, it is annoying and it is an issue that needs fixing, but i truly hope they do fix issues that are far more game breaking before anything else. I can survive with this for a little as long as bigger issues get the first priority. I do understand the frustration of this, especially for us who tries to tell a story with our gameplay, but there are bigger bugs and glitches in the game that should be fixed first.
