Some tattoos downloaded from the gallery don't get applied to Sim

I downloaded a face tattoo and it isn't showing in CAS. I checked the face area and it's not there. Platform PC Mods are turned off Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title

  Did you test other saves/sims/tattoos ? Just the face ones ?
