Some tattoos downloaded from the gallery don't get applied to Sim

I attempted to log in today to provide examples, [another fresh save, 3 troubleshooting rando sims and a 4th sim originally giving tattoo issues on 03/08] using tattoos that were failing to appear, but the ones I had saved on 03/08 were working alright today, as were other more definitively broken tattoos from the same 03/08 playsession. I tested the first 50 tattoos in the gallery on all four sims and they all worked just fine, when in the original session, it seemed equally likely that a tattoo would fail to appear as work properly. I've gone ahead and attached screenshots of the sims used, including two random tattoos from today's session posted today 03/10 (CataleaRestrepo's ARM BONES for lower RH arm; Zuftware's Silver Face piercings for head), a tattoo that was failing to appear on 03/08 but is working normally today (reanne_isaway's Saturn Devouring His Son for chest), and a tattoo that was fully broken on 03/08 but working normally today (DualClock's LogLowerLH for lower LH arm). I am afraid I have no explaination for this behavior, apologies for a lack of more useful followup.
