I stored my completed frog collection in one of the stackable storage bins from the Restoration Workshop Kit, saved the game and closed it for the night. The next day I was playing the same save, went to check on my frogs, and found the bin totally empty. I'm assuming the bug has to do with this specific item from this specific kit, as I also have the trunk from Life and Death and the chest from the Greenhouse Haven Kit full of various collectables in that save and they haven't deleted anything.
