Since I did the update my sim's manners and all that are showing in the red and I know darn well that are all max green. They only fluctuate a little from every time he asks a parent for advice. In the following screenshot you can see on the notification wall that his responsibility IS in range to earn the emotional control trait, but when you look below at the wheels, it shows it to be in the red, same as the other ones. I worked very hard to get that all max green and I was able to finally get proof because of this wall notification. Reputation is also being affected.
