Stonestreet/Pinecrest Apartments - Flooring not working

I am currently renovating all of the residential lots in my save file. I noticed that when I go to redo Stonestreet Apartment #3, it shows that there are no tiles, despite letting me edit the actual apartment. It will also allow me to drop down a floor to edit the floor paint for the first floor, despite it being unplayable in-game. Is anyone else noticing this issue? I have organized debug, but that shouldn't affect this.

  • Please test your issue on a vanilla game

Make sure that you turn off Organizes Debug properly before removing the mod (see TM website for instructions)

To verify on a vanilla game, move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the following files from your user folder.

    -  localthumbcache
    -  Any lastException Files
    -  Any LastCrash files.

Test a backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.

  • My current Sim resides in Stonestreet Apartments #4 and I'm having the same issue. It's not the first time - they're the second household to occupy the 2 rentals available.

When I moved a previous Sim into the 1st available apartment I also didn't have a build grid on the ground floor. Nor could I access the area through the doors. I started playing the lot this evening, quite some time after playing the first Sim next door.

Seems a bit silly that we have all that space and can't do anything with it.

No mods or cc in my game at all.
