Yes!! This has been so annoying for sooooooo long! My sims will be out on a date at a romantic restaurant and invariably some rando from 2 tables away inserts themself into the conversation filled with romantic interactions and it gets super awkward. Then one of my sims prioritizes talking to the rando over their date. Then I have to reset everyone to get the rando out of the conversation and everyone T-Poses and I have to start from scratch with getting them to eat, drink and talk again.
It would be great if they could make it so NPCs do not initiate conversations with your sims if they don't already know them. Leave stranger to stranger interactions to be player directed only.
