PC, no mods, only Get to Work, Outdoor Retreat and most kits currently installed. I'm playing in Swedish, in case this is just a localization problem for one language.
While trying to make a business selling collectibles I encountered the fact that two different frogs share the same name. Based on the other frog patterns I'd say it's the Dirt frog wrongly labelled as a Striped Dirt frog.
