Had this bug in two different saves. When pool is first built (and then jumping into live mode) my sim has no option to swim around, only swim here. I closed out the game, deleted cache files, and the option appeared. Tried on a second (different) save (different sim) and same issue with no option to swim around.
No mods, game up to date.
(To add) The second (different) save game still shows three options and no "swim around" available even after reloading (deleting cache, etc.)
Community ManagerI have this bug on all lot types. Emotional swims (i.e. Energized Laps or Swim Around Playfully) are also not available. Sims can do all swim around actions autonomously though, you just can't tell them to.
