Teen Sim seemingly Pregant after age up

Since enchanted by nature things have been a little strange. Newest in that is that my child sim aged up into a teen and looks to be very pregnant. That is obviously impossible, and there is no pregnancy moodlet. So this seems to be a visual glitch. I thought the Sims team was already investigating this issue, but I cannot find a bug report of this issue on the Forum. 

All EPs except Batuu.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • What platform are you playing ?
    • Please post a picture
    • Could you also double check your game version as this bug has been fixed a while ago.
    • at which point did you remove your mods/cc and how did you remove them ? Disable or physically remove ?

    I can not find ANY communication from EA about known issues, even game breaking bugs like the pregnancy bug. No mention of it being worked on, no ETA, not even an acknowledgement that they are working on it.
