Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
That said I think there is already a report for this. Currently don't have the nerves to search further.
I use mods and cc. And I, of course, tested without mods like I always do. This seems to be a base game bug introduced after updates.
Please always pick thread tags for your mod usage to speed up the reporting process. I've picked them for you now.
I'll do some more searching for the thread in the morning. Pretty sure there is one.
