I've been experiencing an issue where The Sims 4 won't launch at all. Every time I try to open the game, it redirects me back to the EA App without starting. This has been happening for a couple of months now, but I had honestly given up and haven't played since September (I believe). Yesterday I decided to try again and the issue persists. I play on MAC and here's what I've tried so far:
- Repaired the game using the EA App.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled The Sims 4
- Updated the game
- Closed everything for a couple hours
- Forced quit both the EA app and The Sims 4
- Removed all mods and custom content.
I attached down below the file I found in The Sims 4 folder after trying to launch it.
And finally here's a screenshot of the message after I just tried to open it. It says there's an error on EA's end but I haven't been able to open my game for months so I'm not sure what to do anymore.
