Would you be willing to share your saves with me ?

If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link.

I play on windows 11 everything is updated on my pc its a new gaming pc. It started when i got to my 8 gen i tried everything updated all mods removed ones i could not when that did not work i uninstalled and reinstalled my game it did not work the game gets to a point in time and everything stops time my sims i can not save or turn it off i have to turn off my pc and restart it. So i stated a new game save got though a year in game 4 weeks in game and it happened again tried everything a again and nothing is working right now i can not play sims and im looking for advice on how to fix my game.

could you please provide some further info:

• What platform are you playing on ? Mac or Windows ?
• What exactly happens and when does it freeze ? When loading a save ? When loading the game itself ?
• Have you already tried resetting your user folder and repairing your game ?
