I recently purchased the For Rent expansion and my sims do not collect any rent. The Lease's do not go down in days so I can never evict people. I ended up selling my rental properties because they were costing my sims money with no income.
Additionally, every time I sign out of my game and enter back into it any food my sims made disappears from the fridge. My children/teen sims lose their homework books from their inventory, and I have to buy new ones. I have one teen sim who has a football that always disappears from his inventory and I have to buy a new one every time I sign into the game. A violin from one of my child sims disappeared from his inventory and I have to buy a new one.
Sims will randomly stop being able to use certain items like the toilet or stove (the stove was a custom content but the toilet was not). I had to buy new appliances because they would not cook food or go to the bathroom.
Sims will randomly glitch out and they won't move or interact. I will have to shift click and debug them four or five times before they will start moving again. The game has become so glitchy...it's becoming more annoying than fun to play.
