Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
Which scenario are you playing ? Does it happen on a save with no scenario ?
Do you have any other sitting places than the murphy bed to watch TV ? Usually TVs do wake up Sims.
Could you maybe post a picture of the room ?
