I removed my mods and cc to see if that made her normal again but it didn't she looks like she's pregnant. It even looks like that in CAS

Without mods/cc. try taking her to CAS.. You might need to use the cheat and then just edit the body a bit.
I did that and it didn't help
Elleuneedislove what happens if you age her up and down again ?
