I removed my mods and cc to see if that made her normal again but it didn't she looks like she's pregnant. It even looks like that in CAS

Please use this thread for everything regarding infants/toddlers/children having distorted bodies or faces or simply looking different then before the patch.
I don't play with MODS or CC and my baby sim's face changed his appearance.. I hope they solve this bug soon. These pictures show the difference before and after the update
It happened to one of my sims kids as well and he never was a teen before. He was born in game and I haven't checked how he would look like as a teen or adult. So I don't think that's the only reason it happens :(
Deleted the Mods folder before starting the game for the first time after applying the (25th Feb) patch. I looked at child sims in various saves: an old save from HSY times (no mods ever touched it), a save that had seen mods (with mods disabled) and a brand-new save file created after the patch. All had noticeably deformed child sims. I noticed the unusually buff shoulders, inflated belly or disproportionate behinds. I can't really tell if they got skinny or not. After identifying pre-made child sims that appear deformed in one new save, I created another new save and checked the same child sims. They have the same deformity. The child sims are Christie Sigworth (Strangerville), Maira Watson (HenfordOB), Olive Tinker (EvergreenH), Orange Bailey-Moon(DelSolV), Wren Grove (ChestnutR)
Noticed children in my save have distorted proportions when one familiar child sim walked by with an inflated belly. This happened after updating to the latest patch, removing mods folder completely, deleting cache and only then starting the game. I have all packs up to (and not including) BH.
After this, I tested by loading up an older save, one that has never been touched by mods, dating back to the HSY patch (a snapshot of my legacy save). It has many families with child-aged sims that were born in-game, that were not deformed previously. After loading the save and checking families from neighborhood view, a lot of children have distorted proportions (exaggerated shoulders, bellies and behinds).
After this, I tested with a new save, no mods (mod folder deleted, caches deleted) and only checked the premade children. I created multiple clubs with child as the required age and used the club gathering to summon them to the lot. Some of the pre-made children appeared deformed as well. This was immediately after New Save > Create Family > Move them in > Start club gatherings. No editing, no CAS beyond family creation (not even outfit editing, just randomize and play). All these children's appearances can be compared to existing pre-patch footage to confirm that they're deformed.
I know the workaround with cas.fulleditmode and picking one of the three body templates. I would rather not do that in bulk since it was previously triggering corruption issues due to traits. I can't tell if there is face/head deformity.
I never do this (create children as teens and age them down) and I have some children who look skinny and sort of stretched a bit. A lot of them are made over Maxis premade families that have been in my Library for years.
The toddlers I checked were all adopted or born in-game. Toddlers have definitely lost the chubby aspect to their faces and their eyes are smaller. My toddler's bodies were all okay though.
The last few weeks I've been playing a save game "The Early Days" where I play as children some of the teens and young adults from my previous save. So obviously, I imported them all and de-aged them in CAS.
I did not have to import and de-age those EA-created Sims that are children at the beginning of a new game anyway. And those all seem okay, see the example below.
Here are the pics of Jack Zhang and John Zhang. The second Pic near the top shows the bug. So you can see how they used to look before the bug. Also sad news. I tried sending my save to EA Cade but it's impossible. The reason is I don't use one drive and google drive so there is no way for me to send my saves. If you all can help please send your saves to EA Cade via PM for this bug if you can if you don't use mods. I tried what I could to give all the information I could. Thanks.
I noticed this when I was testing my bugs with toddlers and Jack Zhang looked off. He was way more skinny and his arms looked off and this applied to John Zhang the Vampire as well. I though maxis changed the models but I found this and looks like it is not intended. I don't have a pic of them right now but since people shared pics it does seem to look same as my toddlers look so no need. If you need pics from me I will share them when I do play. I tested this and it was without mods so it is not a mod issue. I play toddlers and infants a lot and it's gonna bug me a lot.
