Toddler/Infants/Child body and face distortions

i think i'm having a similar problem, only my sim's child son has the body of a grown man. muscled up like he's been in the gym all 10 years of his life. my sim's toddler son is also visibly taller and his face has changed quite a bit, almost to the point where he looks like an adult in the face, but with a toddler nose...? idk i just logged into my game and logged right back out after seeing all of that lol.

I just did similar testing pulling Maxis households from the Gallery that have children in them and saw the same results.

The newest Maxis household on the Gallery (Hawley) has this problem with the child girl having a deformed belly. Other Maxis households with children have similar issues.

This is very easily reproducible.

Same. Children have thier parents adult bodies. Boys are jacked and have their Dads shoulders and chest. Girls have their Moms small waist and big booties. 

Play on PS4 so no mods or CC, only 1 GP and 2 SP installed.

I'm having the same issue, mods are turned off, though I use barely any of them. Never used  any custom sliders, skintones and other cc on them. All born in game, never been changing their age in cas. Luckily I always make screenshots for my legacy trees, so there are before the patch and after the patch comparisons.

I personally think the buff babies are funny. I went into cas and they have no cc and no skin details. Just random buff babies.

I'm having the same problem, babies and infants bodies and faces look weird and changed 

I play on PC, usually use MCCC but removed it after the update.  I went into CAS and noticed that my child sim, who had aged up a few days earlier, was suddenly really buff. Like, weirdly buff for a child sim. I didn't notice it when he first aged up or even in game before entering CAS, so I can't say exactly when it started.

I can reproduce this on my PC & Xbox.

EDIT: I have an update, maybe a work around
1. Ctrl+Shift+C -> CAS.fulleditmode
2. Load into CAS -> age Child up to Elder -> return to LiveMode
3. Load into CAS -> age Elder back down to Child -> Return to LiveMode
4, Child no longer appears pregnant
I can't say this is a solution but it looks promising.

I have two child Sims created on PS4 somewhere in 2019. Those Sims (2 separate families) were uploaded to the gallery from PS4 in 2020. I created a PC save in 2021 converting those 2 Sims to Base Game as I was moving from PS4 to PC. One of the female child Sims was an alien but lost that status as they were converted to a human Sim at that time. I still have my 1st save created on PC in 2021. Loading into it today I found these 2 female child Sims appear pregnant in the Base Game save on PC. I eventually bought packs back and now have a PC save with the original PS4 Sims on my PC. In my current save they also appear pregnant.

Curious, I loaded into my Xbox Series X to an existing save on that console & found yes, these 2 Sims also appear pregnant on Xbox.

I have the saves uploaded to my Google Drive as well as screenshots. I will be sending them to Cade as requested. Images below are Xbox & PC.

These are the Gallery Listings for the families. I have left the description so they can be found by hashtags if they do not appear in a search through the household names. Both of my gallery's are pretty long.

These are from PC in today's save. Same Family.

The issue is reproducible by downloading these families to a New Save game on both PC & Xbox. I have another household as well but didn't want to flood the feed with 20 pictures. I already think this is probably too many.

I use mods, but have removed them due to the update, but my toddler has hips and a distorted face.

What's going on with the game? I don't want to see "pregnant" children in my save! EA do something already, this is just bullying the players!
