I've been having this issue for a couple of days and have repaired and reloaded the game multiple times and still nothing has changed. My sims are able to give their infants/toddlers baths but they don't get clean afterwards. I don't have any cc or mods downloaded.

to be sure, their hygiene bar doesn't improve ? Or do they still have stinky clouds ? Did you also change the diapers ?
Does it happen to all toddlers or just specific ones ? Does the interaction end at some point or is it endless ?
Their hygiene doesn't improve at all, yes I've tried changing their diapers as well. They don't have the sad or angry moodlet for being dirty, but their hygiene doesn't improve and they end up getting dirtier. I've noticed it with all infants/toddlers in the game, not just specific ones.

this has been happening in my game as well. my toddler will not get clean at all, ive changed and bathed him multiple times and he still has the green cloud. his hygiene bar is in the green but the game is still seeing him as dirty
