crinrict I think this is because certain outdoor trash cans can't be picked up after they've been kicked, but after a lot move or reload they will appear to be upright (but still knocked over as far as game logic goes.) Those trash cans that can be picked up, will also appear to be upright after a lot move or reload, but do have the pick up interaction on them. Just got reminded of this after finding a trash can in the National Forest in Granite Falls knocked over, without a Pick Up interaction on it.
