After some testing, I found this is specific to Jellyfish Junction and Wanderwood Wilds, while Crystal Valley seems fine.
The issue only affects the pine tree and a shrub, both of which show very low quality even at close range. I’ve attached additional examples from Wanderwood Wilds to help.

The LOD bugs in Gibbi Point really break the immersion. I do hope the Sims Team addresses this soon.
