I checked the Turtleneck Base Layer in game after today's patch and although slightly improved, it still appears to be somewhat visually bad around the neck area.

Oh yeah, I noticed that too. The edges still don’t look great. I was really hoping it’d be more 3D, not just flat.
the whole way how they did these base layers - it's just paint = tattoos. But they can at least make it's not so pixilated
Community ManagerI noticed that the turtleneck looks better on male than it does on female, that is because it’s tacked for both genders.
This probably won't get much better unless they add a mesh or double the overall sim texture resolution, and I don't think the latter's in the cards, unfortunately.
