Turtleneck Base Layer looks bad visually around Sims neck (Patch 1.125.59)

I checked the Turtleneck Base Layer in game after today's patch and although slightly improved, it still appears to be somewhat visually bad around the neck area.

    Oh yeah, I noticed that too. The edges still don’t look great. I was really hoping it’d be more 3D, not just flat.

    the whole way how they did these base layers - it's just paint = tattoos. But they can at least make it's not so pixilated

    Some of the base layers look pretty decent. But this turtleneck one really does look painted on :(
