I've tried a couple of different tv's and I don't have any mods. When I go to change channel on a tv that has already been turned on I get a message that I can't change the channel because the tv is already in use - I try with all household members with no success

I deleted the other game I had started thinking it was something to do with that specific game - but it's not. I have bought different tv's in this game and saved multiple times and restarted but all do the same

Try the following
- Close the game
- Rename Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4_Old
- Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
