Unable to License Song

Sim is at level 9. She wrote a song on the guitar, named it. Tried to license it but when I click on the mailbox there's no option. I tried deleting the mailbox and using another one. Tried several and still no option to license song.  I play on PC

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
    • Do you have the issue just with this particular Sim ?
    • Does it work for another instrument ?
