Unable to select traits in CAS

I recently updated my game and installed a few packs, now my traits won’t show up in create a sim and all the new create a sim items won’t appear either.

I just downloaded Vampires and Realm of Magic packs, and now in CAS I cannot select traits. I have removed mods to see if this is the problem and it’s still happening even with all mods removed. Not sure how to fix this. Playing on Mac OS. 

Since love struck came out when I go to make a sim they have no traits. I thought at first it was a mod I was using so I took the mods out and it did the same thing. I can't even pull an existing sim from the gallery they may not have traits. I love the Sims I just want things to work properly I own all the Sims 4 games. I deal with the bugs and have for years now but this is allot when you can't make a new sim or family. Plus it just crashes

This has been happening for a few weeks now. Every time I go into "new game" to make a new sim my traits are completely GONE!!!! I have updated my game and got all of my old mods and cc out. still nothing. I have done everything and I can and I have even went on Facebook and went into my sim groups to get help. after I did EXACTLY what they told me. I soon knew it was a bug. Please fix this!!! i love the sims 4 and I have been really really patient with this bug but it's starting to get really annoying. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!     Ps. this is my screenshot from last night.

Unable to select traits in CAS

This just started happening to me too (also playing on mac). Tried repairing my game, and removing mods, but nothing is working. 

 I removed the localthumbcache...  reinstalled the game, and repaired it. I found in another thread someone who said that she had some **bleep** file on her "saved" file. I removed it and the game started to function properly again!!

Could you add a pic of what you are seeing ?

I’ve been dealing with this issue for almost 2 months i deleted my entire game, EA, and my entire mods folder and my trait panel in CAS still isn’t popping up.
