[V] Caleb Vatore's eyes broken genetics

This issue has been around for years. I made new folder for only testing this issue. When creating Sim, I choose pre-made Sim, June Kay for comparison. The Kay's face parts of have been modified in almost the same places as the Caleb's. Below are pics of the default and modified eyes, clearly showing the changes for each sim.

In CAS mode, I changed Kay's Life Stage and checked the changes to her parts. None of her parts were reverted to their defaults, remaining modified.

As for Caleb, other players have already reported on his changes in Life Stage, so I'll skip that part. However, strangely, after restoring Caleb's nose to its default state and then clicking an undo, his eyes somehow changed. They were neither the modified nor the default. However, when I clicked on the eye, the default eye displayed by the game was the same as the one displayed when I clicked on the modified eye. This third eye then appeared after drinking a cure potion in live mode.

And, I found in other data I played a while ago, if a baby born in the game has Caleb's genetics assigned to baby's eyes, that baby will have these extremely small pupils when the baby ages into an infant.
