[V] [EBN] Can't improve hygiene with odorless perk after sprayed while foraging

So I recently bought Enchanted by Nature, and I'm playing a vampire Sim who's out foraging for apothecary ingredients when he rolls one of the pack's new random luck-based events: specifically, the one that causes the sim to get sprayed with foul-smelling liquid by a bug (as in, an actual insect) which instantly tanks their hygiene, and which can usually be remedied by a quick shower.

However, my vampire Sim happens to have the "Odorless" vampire power, which permanently locks their hygiene at 100%, so they never have to bother with bathing ever again. One would assume this should also make them immune to things that would ordinarily wreck a Sim's hygiene (and, so far as I can tell, this has been the case in previous packs).

However, my Sim immediately didn't just get his hygiene level set to zero (with the stink lines and +2 uncomfortable moodlet that comes with it), no, it got permanently set to zero. No matter how many in-game hours I had him try to wash himself in the shower, the meter would not budge. The only possible fix I could think of was the Draught of Reconfiguration, which allows vampires to reset their powers (and which also costs 1000 simoleons and requires level 14 vampire lore skill); otherwise, he would be stuck with permanent bad hygiene.

TL;DR: I found a bug where, if a vampire Sim with the "Odorless" vampire power (from Vampires) encounters the random event where they are sprayed with foul-smelling liquid by an insect while using the "forage" interaction (from Enchanted by Nature), it will permanently set their hygiene to zero and make it impossible for them to successfully or meaningfully bathe or shower so long as they still have the "Odorless" power. Clearly this is some sort of programming oversight--a conflict between the way vampire powers work and the way luck-based random events in Enchanted by Nature work--and, hopefully, a fix won't require having to remake either.

- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

Hello. I'd like to report that the same issue happened to my sim a few times - my Odorless vampire encountered an unusual situation that made him filthy. I don't see a problem with those situations themselves. I think it would be game-immersion breaking if the vampire had no consequences in those instances. But it is a problem that they can't wash themselves when this happens. They're stuck washing forever - it doesn't end because their hygiene is locked. The only way to fix them is to either cheat or close the game and reload.
I made a simple mod that fixes the issue - just needed to add a conditional action in a basic content of a bath interaction that only affects sims with that vampire power. It's very easy to fix. There's no excuse for EA not to be able to fix it.
I removed all my mods and tried to recreate a scenario that would cause my vampire to lose his hygiene but I had no luck, the scenario wouldn't happen. I tried to prompt the last scenario I've seen in my game which was a visit from Edith after watching static tv. But Edith wouldn't come no matter what. I tried to recreate the scenario of the original poster but didn't encounter the stink bug. Without using mods, I don't know how to force my sim into a depleted hygiene to test for you if without mods my odorless vampire still can't bathe. Tell me an easy way how to achieve that and I'll test it for you.
So, just to reiterate. The problem isn't that the vampire gets dirty despite having this power. I think that's not a problem at all since those are uncommon events and consequences are expected. The problem is that the vampire with this power can't bathe.
