Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
On your pic you haven't picked anything and you still have 311 points to distribute as well as 10 weaknesses. Did you reset everything ? I would assume that many point is enough to pick everything ? Could you maybe add a pic with the points spend ?
