Vacation time - No option to take time off

I have the option on PC but my sim resets during the call so they never get the day off. Its for the life guard career (which i found out the issue was also with teens but EA fixed it, but now adults have this problem). Also tested this with no mods.

This exact thing is happening to me! My Sim is in the Lifeguard career with 10 vacation days. When I try to take one, she gets on the phone, then just resets. My Sim is a Young Adult right now.
