when I pull up my cell phone and choose to take a vacation day from the mortician job it's not available/ Not there. Help?

Also having this issue! My sims is currently in the career of Mortician and the option to take a vacation day is not there since the beginning career Undertaker. Vacation days keeps stacking up and my sims is getting stressed and needs a vacation.
