when I pull up my cell phone and choose to take a vacation day from the mortician job it's not available/ Not there. Help?

I've been experiencing this too :(( I've tried alternate save files and it's every single one of my sims! It's getting so jarring with the burn out. My only "fix" so far is taking them on like an actual vacation to a rental lot which disrupts my gameplay because sometimes ya just need a lil day at home
