I'm seeing this in my latest save.
I repaired my game, cleared cache, loaded without any mods or cc installed and still had the problem. On the phone my sims only have the option to find a job or quit a job, no options to take vacation or even call in sick. Guess they are working from home on their wedding day 🥴!
I have one sim in the fashion influencer career and the other in the romance consultant career.
